IPL 2022: Rajat Patidar signs for Royal Challengers Bangalore

The right-handed batsman Rajat Patidar has joined Royal Challengers Bangalore for a price of INR 20 lakh. The 28-year-old, who had previously represented RCB four times, will replace the injured Luvnith Sisodia for the remainder of the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL).  Patidar has so far played 31 T20s and has scored 861 runs with the help of 7 half-centuries. Meanwhile, RCB have played their two matches so far this season – winning and losing a game each, will next take on Rajasthan Royals (RR) on April 5.

IPL 2020: Adam Zampa replaces Kane Richardson at RCB

Australian seamer Kane Richardson has given up his $816,000 IPL payday to be with his family for the birth of his first child. The 29-year-old opted out of his contract with Royal Challengers Bangalore who have named leg-spinner Adam Zampa as a replacement for his compatriot Richardson. Zampa, 28, joins the likes of India internationals' Yuzvendra Chahal, Washington Sundar, Moeen Ali and Pawan Negi, bolstering the team’s spin attack. There have been a plenty of reports surrounding that South African legend AB de Villiers will lead Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 12th edition of Indian Premier League 2019. The Royal Challengers Bangalore opener batsman Chris Gayle has set a new record milestone for the fastest century in the history of professional cricket by hitting a ton off just 30 balls against Pune Warriors India in the Indian Premier League season 6. On Thursday evening in the IPL match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, RCB skipper Virat Kohli and KKR skipper Gautam Gambhir 's were involved in an ugly on-field spat. It all started during RCB's 10th over, when Kohli was dismissed by Lakshmipathy Balaji and as Kohli turned towards the pavilion , Gambhir said something which made Kohli furious. Royal Challengers Bangalore has retained aggressive batsman Chris Gayle for the next two seasons of IPL . Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the second time IPL champions. Injured Vettori left home

Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Daniel Vettori returned to their country (new zealand) due to his top knee injury. Former New Zealand captain Vettori injury in his left knee during the World Cup match against Pakistan in last month.He missed the last two games of Bangalore and his place was given to Virat Kohli as a captain. Kohli said in the absence of Vettori the team just a few more matches to play and we are waiting for Vettori to recover soon, so they can play the remaining matches.
