The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have named Matthew Mott as England's new white-ball coach. The 48-year-old joins the set-up following his successful stint in charge of the Australian women’s team. Under his tenure, the Australian women team won the ODI World Cup in New Zealand before winning back-to-back T20 World Cups and four consecutive Ashes series. Mott, who has previously coached in the county cricket with Glamorgan, has signed a four-year contract to lead the current 50-over world champions. Mott's first series will be a three-match ODI tour of the Netherlands starting on 17 June. The T20 World Cup 2022 begins in Australia in October while England will fight for their 50-over world cup title in India next year.

The England and Wales Cricket board have announced that Essex head coach Chris Silverwood will take over as England fast bowling coach early next year. The former England seamer, who led Essex to their first County Championship for 25 years last season, has been appointed as the Lions' fast-bowling coach. The 42-year-old will become the full-time replacement for Ottis Gibson, who left to become South Africa head coach. Silverwood will begin his coaching stint early next year on the limited overs series at the tour to Australia.

Former New Zealand bowler Shane Bond has joined the Australian summer’s Big Bash League after signing as an assistant coach for Brisbane Heat. Pakistan Cricket Board appointed the former Pakistan's wicketkeeper Moin Khan as a new head coach of Pakistan cricket team for the forthcoming two big tournaments - Asia Cup and World T20 to be held in Bangladesh. Moin is set to replace Dav Whatmore, whose current contract with PCB expires this month and recently been replaced by Zakir Khan. Alan Richardson has been named as Warwickshire bowling coach after following his retirement. He will replaces Graeme Welch, reports The Telegraph . Richardson, 38, had played for Derbyshire, Warwickshire, Middlesex and Worcestershire. He made his County Championship debut in 1999, for Warwickshire " I have been working on my coaching qualifications for some time and, whilst I had planned to have one more season as a player with Worcestershire, this is a fantastic opportunity for me in this next stage of my career with Warwickshire, " Richardson said.

David Saker has signed a new contract extension in which he will remain England's bowling coach until 2015 season. In early 2010, Saker replaced Ottis Gibson when Gibson moves to West Indies for coaching, since then saker has helped form a strong hand of fast bowlers led by James Anderson. "I am delighted to have the opportunity to continue working with England," Saker said. "I have been privileged enough to have been involved in some memorable moments for English cricket over the last three and a half years and worked with some outstanding cricketers. "Given the calibre of players in and around the side at the moment, and the hunger and commitment from all involved, I am very much looking forward to another very exciting period over the next couple of years, starting with the immediate challenge of retaining the Ashes."

New Zealand former paceman Shane Bond has been appointed as a bowling coach for New Zealand cricket team. Bond, 37, said, " This is a role I have worked towards since I stopped playing, The experience of playing for New Zealand exceeded my expectations and I'm sure it will be no different as a coach. " Bond will join the Black Caps to be a part of the coaching later this month to Sri Lanka.

Former Australian fast bowler Craig McDermott has been appointed Ireland's bowling coach for the upcoming World Twenty20 tournament.
