Colombo, Thursday, 9 June 2011 The experienced all-rounder Sanath Jayasuriya has been recalled after a year in Sri Lanka Cricket Team and will play Twenty20 and ODI series against England Tour.Jayasuriya will replace Upul Tharanga. Jayasuriya retired from Test cricket in 2007 and in his Test career he played 110 matches with the average of 40 and scored 6973 runs.He took 98 wickets in addition. In ODI career so far he has played 444 one-day matches in which he scored 13428 runs at an average of 32. Tillakaratne Dilshan captain and Thilina Kandamby has been declared the vice-captain. Sri Lankan One-day and T20 Team - Tillakaratne Dilshan (captain), Thilina Kandamby (vice-captain), Sanath Jayasuriya, Dimuth Karunaratne, Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardene, Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal, Lahiru Thirimanne, Jeevan Mendis, Thisara Perera, Nuwan Kulasekara , Suraj Randiv, Rangana Herath, Lasith Malinga and Dilhara Fernando.

Experienced all-rounder Sanath Jayasuriya of Sri Lanka Team, would like to return to international cricket later this month through the one-day series against England . Jayasuriya said " i wants to play international cricket. That's why I still have not announced retirement from one-day cricket. If I get a chance to play so I definitely would like to play the series against England ." He said to play for the country is always my priority. If My services were needed, so I'm ready for it. Currently Sri Lank a is playing in England Test Series in Bristol. On June 25 to play only Twenty20 International. Then the five-match ODI series will be played from June 28 to July 9.
