IPL 2022: Rajat Patidar signs for Royal Challengers Bangalore

The right-handed batsman Rajat Patidar has joined Royal Challengers Bangalore for a price of INR 20 lakh.

The 28-year-old, who had previously represented RCB four times, will replace the injured Luvnith Sisodia for the remainder of the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL). 

Patidar has so far played 31 T20s and has scored 861 runs with the help of 7 half-centuries.

Meanwhile, RCB have played their two matches so far this season – winning and losing a game each, will next take on Rajasthan Royals (RR) on April 5.

The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
