RCB retain with Chris Gayle for the next two IPL seasons



Royal Challengers Bangalore has retained aggressive batsman Chris Gayle for the next two seasons of IPL.



Royal Challengers Bangalore sports private limited Director Sidhartha Mallya said in a statement "We are delighted to make Chris Gayle a permanent member of our IPL squad. We are confident that with players like him in our side, we will take the extra step this season, and win our maiden IPL title."


Gayle said, "I wanted to continue playing for them, and it turned out that they were keen to retain my services."

Nathan Bracken sues Cricket Australia

Melbourne, Thursday, October 13, 2011 Former Australian fast bowler Nathan bracken has taken Cricket Australia (CA) to the court, claiming that when he was struggling with his chronic knee injury then he did not receive any compensation for lost wages, damages and medical expenses from Cricket Australia.
