India to Host Bangladesh for Historic Test in Feb 2017

India will host their neighbour country Bangladesh for a one-off Test match in February next year, marking the Tigers’s first official Test trip since 2000. India, who are currently 2nd in the ICC Test rankings have visited to Bangladesh, but the Tigers have never played with a red ball on Indian soil because of scheduling clashes. "India will play Bangladesh in a historic one-off Test match from February 08-12, 2017 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad. The Test match will mark Bangladesh's first official visit to India since attaining Test status in 2000," BCCI Secretary Ajay Shirke said in a statement. VVS Laxman has ended his 16-year career after taking retirement from international cricket.
