South Africa have announced the limited-overs squad for the tour of New Zealand and Australia, starting later this month. South Africa bowler Vernon Philander has been added to the 50-over format squad and will be available for the three ODIs in New Zealand, five ODIs in Australia. Match Schedule: The three one-day international matches in New Zealand will be played on October 21, 24 and 27. The three T20 internationals in Australia will begin on November 2, 5 and 7. The five match ODI in Australia will be held from November 14 to 23. South Africa seamer Vernon Philander has been fined 75% of his match fees for tampering with the ball during the first Test against Sri Lanka at Galle. The 29-year-old was charged after the footage emerged of him - trying to change the condition of the ball by scratching the surface with his finger and thumb in the course of the third day's play on Friday.  Philander accepted the punishment without contesting. An ICC statement read: " Philander was charged with an article 2.2.9 offence of the ICC Code of Conduct which relates to 'changing the condition of the ball in breach of Law 42.3 of the Laws of Cricket’ .
