Craig McDermott joins Ireland


Former Australian fast bowler Craig McDermott has been appointed Ireland's bowling coach for the upcoming World Twenty20 tournament.


McDermott said, "I am looking forward to working with Phil [Simmons] and his team at the World T20 in Sri Lanka, They have a well balance squad and I am looking forward to getting stuck into preparing them for the World T20 in our training camp in Colombo."

Sri Lanka ODI, T20 squad for Australia

Sri Lanka have announced a 16-man squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches against Australia. The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
