Pakistan batsman Younis Khan has dismissed reports that he is going to retire from one-day international cricket. The 37-year-old has claimed that a tweet from a supposedly official Younis profile is a "fake" Twitter account, that was contemplating retirement. Good news for Pune and Chennai residents as the IPL Governing Council have announced that Pune and Chennai stadiums have been included to the list of host venues for the eighth season of Indian Premier League after having missed out in 2014 due to valid reasons. The 2015 Indian Premier League games will get underway on April 8, and the final match to be played on May 24, The IPL governing council have also announced the dates for the next two seasons.  The 2016 edition will be played between Apr 8-May 29, while the 2017 edition will commence on Apr 5-May 21.

The Yorkshire County Cricket Club have announced as their overseas signings of two Australian internationals Aaron Finch and Glenn Maxwell for the up-coming season. The 28-year-old Finch, who is currently the Australia's T20 captain - will be available in all forms of cricket when he returns from the Indian Premier League stint with Sunrisers Hyderabad in May. While, the 26 year old Maxwell will only available in the NatWest T20 Blast after his IPL campaign with Kings XI Punjab. Finch has scored five centuries in 40 ODIs for his country and averaged 48.50 for Yorkshire in last season. England selectors has confirmed that the right-arm fast-medium bowler Tim Bresnan will join the England Lions squad for the last three one-day matches against South Africa A. The 29-year-old, who is currently playing in Big Bash League with the Hobart Hurricanes but the England and Wales Cricket Board confirmed that the Yorkshire seamer will join the Lions squad for one-day international series against South Africa A on January 31. "The Lions one-day series in South Africa means we can have a group of players involved in high quality and competitive 50-over cricket in the weeks leading up to the World Cup," said national selector James Whitaker .
