Mitchell Johnson ruled out of IPL 2012


The Australian allrounder, Mitchell Johnson has been ruled out of IPL 2012 as he has not yet recovered from his big toe surgery. In the February player auction, Mumbai Indians bought him by $300,000.


Earlier at this month, Durham signed Johnson for the 2012 Friends Life t20 competition.

Sri Lanka ODI, T20 squad for Australia

Sri Lanka have announced a 16-man squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches against Australia. The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
