Pakistan Cricket Board have announced their T20I tri-series schedule, starting on 7 October against Bangladesh and New Zealand on the following day. The number-three ranked Pakistan will travel to New Zealand from 7-14 October as part of their ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Australia 2022 preparations. In the second round of matches, Babar Azam's side will play Black Caps and Bangladesh on 11 and 13 October, with the final scheduled for 14 October. Pakistan have announced their Test squad for the upcoming two-match Test series against Sri Lanka. The tour will be a part of the ICC Men’s World Test Championship Cycle (WTC) 2021- 2023. The first test will be played at the Galle International Cricket Stadium from July 16 to 20, while the second Test will get underway on July 24 at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo. New Zealand have announced their 15-member men’s squad for the tours of Ireland, Scotland and the Netherlands. Kane Williamson, Tim Southee and Trent Boult will not be part of the white-ball fixtures. The limited-overs tour to the Caribbean island in West Indies is slated to begin on August ahead of the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia, starting in October. New Zealand all-rounder James Neesham has decided to leave Wellington Firebirds after a four-year career. The 31-year-old is currently contracted with the Indian Premier League outfit Rajasthan Royals and Northamptonshire in the T20 Vitality Blast. I'm so proud to have been part of this team, said Neesham. He joined Wellington in 2018-19 and enjoyed an impressive success by winning four domestic trophies with them, contributing 503 runs in 12 matches with an average of 62.87 and also took 13 wickets.

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have named Matthew Mott as England's new white-ball coach. The 48-year-old joins the set-up following his successful stint in charge of the Australian women’s team. Under his tenure, the Australian women team won the ODI World Cup in New Zealand before winning back-to-back T20 World Cups and four consecutive Ashes series. Mott, who has previously coached in the county cricket with Glamorgan, has signed a four-year contract to lead the current 50-over world champions. Mott's first series will be a three-match ODI tour of the Netherlands starting on 17 June. The T20 World Cup 2022 begins in Australia in October while England will fight for their 50-over world cup title in India next year.

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have announced the 13-member England squad for the first two Tests against New Zealand, starting on June 02 at Lords in London. Under the leadership of Ben Stokes (captain), England has recalled James Anderson and Stuart Broad to the red-ball outfit.  Chris Woakes, Jofra Archer, Sam Curran, Mark Wood and Saqib Mahmood have not been included due to their respective injuries.
