England all-rounder Ben Stokes has decided to hang up his boots from ODI cricket.
The 31-year-old will bid farewell to the 50-over format after the opening match of the ODI leg against South Africa on Tuesday at his home ground – the Riverside.
It will be Stokes’ 105th game for the country in the 50-over format.
In 104 ODIs, the all-rounder has scored 2919 runs at an average of 39.44 and has claimed 74 wickets.
