New Zealand squad for Australia T20Is

New Zealand have announced a 13-member squad for their upcoming T20I series against Australia, starting February 22. 

The opening T20I will take place at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch. 

New Zealand squad:

Kane Williamson (c), Hamish Bennett, Trent Boult, Mark Chapman, Devon Conway, Martin Guptill, Kyle Jamieson, Jimmy Neesham, Glenn Phillips, Mitchell Santner, Tim Seifert, Ish Sodhi, Tim Southee.

Ricky Ponting is reportedly close to signing a deal with Punjab Kings ahead of IPL 2025, as per Cricbuzz.
