Abu Dhabi T10 League schedule from January 28 to February 6

The schedule for the latest edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 League has been announced. A total of 8 teams are divided into two groups of four each.

The tournament is slated to begin on January 28

Group A:
Maratha Arabians, Northern Warriors, Bangla Tigers and Delhi Bulls while.

Group B:
Deccan Qalandars, Team Abu Dhabi, the Gladiators and Pune Devils.

Shoaib Malik, Nicholas Pooran, Dwayne Bravo, Thisara Perera, Sunil Narine and Isuru Udana among known cricketers will be gracing the T10 format tournament.

Three Rajasthan Royals players, Sreesanth , Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan were arrested on Thursday for their alleged involvement in spot-fixing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 6. The trio allegedly received upto Rs 60 lakh for conceding runs in a pre-determined over from bookies with possible Mumbai underworld links. A Delhi court has sent the three players and all bookies to five-day police custody. The players, who have been suspended by the BCCI, have been brought to Delhi and charged under Section 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy). Waqar Younis has resigned as a coach for pakistan

Waqar Younis has resigned as a coach for pakistan team because of personal reasons that his and his wife's health. His last and final assignment with pakistan team will be the upcoming tour of Zimbabwe. Waqar Younis said at press conference " I have tendered my resignation to the [Pakistan Cricket] board last week and the tour to Zimbabwe will be my last. " " I only told the players on Saturday morning, and they were shocked because until today the matter was between me and the PCB, but I am sure that this young team will do well in future ." Nadeem Sarwar , PCB spokesman said: " The PCB has accepted his resignation and understands his personal reasons. His tenure was good and we wish him the best in his future ." The PCB did not yet confirm the replacement for Waqar. The Zimbabwe tour will begin on August 28 and it includes one practice game, one Test match, three ODIs and two T20 internationals.
