England tour of Sri Lanka in January 2021

England to play two Test match series in Sri Lanka at the beginning of 2021.

The series was scheduled to take place in March 2020, which was called off in wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The two Tests match series will be held behind the closed doors, and both matches will be played at Galle International Stadium in Colombo.

The last time England travelled to Sri Lanka two years ago when Joe Root had led the side to a 3-0 whitewash under tough conditions.

Schedule:

January 14: 1st Test in Galle, Colombo

January 22: 2nd Test in Galle, Colombo
