England likely to tour Pakistan in New Year

England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is contemplating a short tour to Pakistan next year in January to play three T20Is

According to reports, the England cricket team will be in the UAE and could make a brief tour to Pakistan for five days in the last week of January next year.

Earlier, the Pakistan cricket team visited England for three T20Is and as many Tests amidst pandemic situation. Both sides played in a bio-secure environment at two venues.

Sri Lanka have announced a 16-man squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches against Australia. The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
