First ever Test: Australia vs Afghanistan in December 2020

Afghanistan is all set for their first-ever Test match in Australia later this year in December. 

It will be Australia’s first international assignment of the summer after the World T20 was rescheduled due to the pandemic.

The one-off Test match against Australia is slated to begin on December 7 at the new Perth stadium.

However, it will not be a part of the ICC World Test Championship, as the league is restricted to the top nine nations.
