Mohammad Amir to join Pakistan squad for England tour

Pakistan bowler Mohammad Amir will join the national squad for the upcoming tour to England.

The 28-year-old had previously made himself unavailable for the series in oder to be with his wife for the birth of their second daughter.

Much like others, the left-arm seamer will have to be tested negative twice for COVID-19 before traveling to England.


If cleared, Amir will feature in the three T20 Internationals against England, starting August 28 at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton.

Pakistan is scheduled to play three Tests and three T20s during the tour.

The three-Test match series gets underway on 5 August at Old Trafford.

Nathan Bracken sues Cricket Australia

Melbourne, Thursday, October 13, 2011 Former Australian fast bowler Nathan bracken has taken Cricket Australia (CA) to the court, claiming that when he was struggling with his chronic knee injury then he did not receive any compensation for lost wages, damages and medical expenses from Cricket Australia.
