Here is some good news for the Pakistani fans.! 

Seven Pakistani players have been included into the upcoming season of the Caribbean Premier League 2017.


7 players drafted into the CPL:


  1. Sohail Tanveer: $160,000 (Guyana Amazon Warriors)
  2. Shoaib Malik: $110,000 (Barbados Tridents)
  3. Imad Wasim: $90,000 (Jamaica Tallawahs)
  4. Mohammad Sami: $70,000 (Jamaica Tallawahs)
  5. Shadab Khan: $30,000 (Trinbago Knight Riders)
  6. Wahab Riaz: $30,000 (Barbados Tridents)
  7. Kamran Akmal: $15,000 (St. Lucia Stars)

Punjab Kings step up to acquire Ricky Ponting for IPL 2025

Ricky Ponting is reportedly close to signing a deal with Punjab Kings ahead of IPL 2025, as per Cricbuzz. Having recently parted ways with Delhi Capitals, where he served as head coach for seven seasons, Ponting is expected to bring a wealth of experience and tactical expertise to Punjab.
