Twitter reacts as Kiwis thrash Pakistan in first Test

New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson half century helps to snap up a four-test losing streak when the hosts beat Pakistan by eight wickets at Hagley Oval, Christchurch.

It was a much-needed win for the Black Caps, coming off a 3-0 miserable series in India and 204-run loss to South Africa.


The second and final test gets underway in Hamilton on Friday - 25 November, with the home team searching for their first series win over Pakistan in more than three decades.
