Voges becomes the 4th fastest Aussie batsmen to reach 1000 Test runs

Adam Voges reached the 1000 Test runs milestone against the West Indies during the 2nd Test at Melbourne on Sunday.

The veteran claimed his name up among the ‘Greats Australians’ when he became the equal fourth fastest batsmen to score 1000 Test runs. He achieved his latest milestone in just his 12th Test and 18th Test innings.
The Legendary batsman Sir Donald Bradman reached the 1000-run throne in just 13 Test innings, while Neil Harvey in 14 innings and Sid Barnes in 17 innings.

Voges, 36, is the 98th Australian to reach 1000 runs in Test Cricket.
