The International Cricket Council has revealed the names of eight teams, who will be participating in the Champions Trophy 2017.
Australia, India, South Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, England, Bangladesh and Pakistan are the eight teams that have been confirmed by the ICC based on their current ODI rankings.
While, Bangladesh returns to the event for the first time since 2006 after replacing the Caribbeans to the 7th spot in the ICC ODI Rankings.
The ICC Champions Trophy tournament will be hosted by ECB from the June 1 to 18, 2017.

Unfortunately - West Indies, who won the title back in 2004 defeating England - did not make into the list after Pakistan pipped them to eighth place.While, Bangladesh returns to the event for the first time since 2006 after replacing the Caribbeans to the 7th spot in the ICC ODI Rankings.
