England Squad for three Test match series against Pakistan

Nottinghamshire all-rounder Samit Patel has been included for the upcoming Test series against Pakistan starting from October 13 in the United Arab Emirates.

The 30-year-old will replace uncapped Surrey all-rounder Zafar Ansari, who was unfit for the UAE test match series because of a hand injury.

Patel who made his Test debut against Sri Lanka in 2012 - has scored 109 runs with four wickets in his five Test match career.
The 1st of the three Test matches gets underway on October 13 in Abu Dhabi.

England Squad:

Alastair Cook (captain), Moeen Ali , James Anderson, Jonny Bairstow, Ian Bell, Stuart Broad, Jos Buttler, Steven Finn , Alex Hales, Samit Patel, Liam Plunkett, Adil Rashid,Joe Root, Ben Stokes ,James Taylor , Mark Wood.

The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
