Dale Steyn

The 31-year-old, who made his ODI’s debut in 2005, has been a key player for the Proteas with a best bowling figures 6/39.

Steyn has claimed 145 wickets in 93 One Day Internationals.

Mitchell Johnson


Australian left-arm fast bowler Mitchell Johnson is considered as one of the fast bowlers in the world cricket with an average speed of 144KPH and capability to bowl in excess of 150kph.

The 33-year-old’s ability to extract extra bounce, who can able to swing the ball in any conditions.

Johnson took 221 wickets in 144 ODIs, his best figures are 6/31.

Lasith Malinga


Sri Lanka’s right arm fast bowler Lasith Malinga is the backbone of his team. His slinging action makes him a lethal bowler to deal with it.

The 31-year-old is the only bowler, who claimed three ODI hat-tricks. 

Malinga took 271 wickets in 177 ODIs with an average of 27.21. His best figures are 6/38

IPL Spot-fixing, Sreesanth and 2 other Rajasthan Royals players held

Three Rajasthan Royals players, Sreesanth , Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan were arrested on Thursday for their alleged involvement in spot-fixing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 6. The trio allegedly received upto Rs 60 lakh for conceding runs in a pre-determined over from bookies with possible Mumbai underworld links. The special cell of the Delhi Police arrested Sreesanth and his teammates — Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan — in Mumbai early this morning for indulging in spot-fixing in at least three IPL matches on May 5, 9 and 15. Eleven bookies have also been arrested from Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The police are on the look-out for two more bookies. A Delhi court has sent the three players and all bookies to five-day police custody. The players, who have been suspended by the BCCI, have been brought to Delhi and charged under Section 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy).
