Sydney Sixers sign West Indian Dwayne Smith

Sydney Sixers have announced the signing of West Indies batsman Dwayne Smith for the upcoming Big Bash League in December.

The 31-year-old all-rounder has signed a two-year deal with Sydney Sixers.

"I'm going to come and give it my best and hopefully we can see plenty of sixes when it is my turn to play for the Sixers," Smith said.

Smith has played 20 Tests, 91 ODIs and 29 T20s for his country. He has a wealth of Twenty20 experience - played in Indian Premier League for Chennai Super Kings, Deccan Chargers and Mumbai Indians and in English County cricket for Sussex.
