Gary Kirsten Refused Becoming England Coach

The former South Africa coach Gary Kirsten has refused to become the new England team director for family reasons, according to report from the SkySports.

The former World Cup winning coach of the Indian cricket team has been linked with the new role of England coach following with the resignation of Andy Flower.

Kirsten was appointed coach of the South Africa in June 2011 and took the Proteas to number one spot in the ICC Test rankings during his tenure till August 2013.

Kirsten coaching careeer was started in March 2008 and currently he is appointed as the new head coach of Delhi Daredevils in IPL season-7 for a three year contract.

The report claims, Ashley Giles could become the limited-overs coach for England cricket team.
