Kirsten named Delhi Daredevils coach

Former Coach of Indian cricket team, Gary Kirsten has signed Delhi Daredevils as a head coach.


IPL franchise tweeted, "The #DelhiDaredevils is delighted to welcome @Gary_Kirsten as Head Coach. He will work with Team Mentor TA Sekar and Eric Simons, @Gary_Kirsten says the decision to join #delhidaredevils was an easy one. It will be his first experience with an @IPL team."

In 11-year of his career, He played 101 Tests and took retirement in 2004. In December 2007, he was named India coach.

The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
