Paul Harris retired


The South African spinner, Paul Harris has announced his retirement at the end of the season.


Harris played 37 Tests for South Africa and his last Test was in Cape Town against India in January 2011.

Harris said, "I would like to thank all the people who have helped me over my career. A special mention must go to Richard Pybus, who had the biggest coaching influence on my career. I am sure that I would not have played for South Africa if it had not been for him."

The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
