Mark Boucher retired from International Cricket


South African wicket-keeper and batsman, Mark Boucher has taken retirement from international cricket after undergoing eye surgery. He sustained eye injury against Somerset during the opening match.


Boucher said: "It is with sadness, and in some pain, that I make this announcement. Due to the severity of my eye injury, I will not be able to play international cricket again."

Sri Lanka have announced a 16-man squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches against Australia. The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
