Ajmal ruled out of Worcestershire


Saeed Ajmal from pakistan will not be able to Worcestershire for the Friends Life T20 due to the commitments with Pakistan, Worcestershire have confirmed.


Last year, Ajmal played for Worcestershire and he claimed 16 wickets in just eight games.

Steve Rhodes director of Worcestershire's cricket, said: "Losing a player of Saeed's quality is a big disappointment, however, we are extremely active in finding a replacement for the t20."

Sri Lanka have announced a 16-man squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches against Australia. The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
