Sri Lanka Test squad for South Africa Tour


Sri Lankan batsman Thilan Samaraweera has been added to the 17th member of the touring squad for next month Test series against South Africa.


In 68 Test matches, Samaraweera has scored 4,683 runs with an average of 52.61 with 12 centuries.

Sri Lanka's Test squad: Tillakaratne Dilshan (capt), Tharanga Paranavitana, Mahela Jayawardene, Angelo Mathews (vice-capt), Dinesh Chandimal, Lahiru Thirimanne, Kaushal Silva, Kumar Sangakkara, Chanaka Welegedara, Nuwan Pradeep, Thisara Perera, Dilhara Fernando, Dimuth Karunaratne, Ajantha Mendis, Suranga Lakmal, Thilan Samaraweera and Rangana Herath.
