Sri Lanka squad against South Africa tour

Ajantha Mendis has been involved in 16-member test squad for the South Africa tour in December.


Fast bowler Dilhara Fernando has also been included in the test squad. He played his last test against England in June.


Sri Lanka will play three-Test series against South Africa in Centurion starting from December 15

Test squad: Tillakaratne Dilshan (captain), Tharanga Paranavitana, Angelo Mathews (vice-captain), Mahela Jayawardene, Kumar Sangakkara, Kaushal Silva (wicketkeeper), Dinesh Chandimal, Dimuth Karunaratne, Dilhara Fernando, Lahiru Thirimanne, Nuwan Pradeep, Chanaka Welegedara, Thisara Perera, Suranga Lakmal, Ajantha Mendis and Rangana Herath
