Indian Test Squad against Australia


The announcement of Indian cricket team for Australia tour in the Next month has been announced on Saturday.

Best performance in the test series against West Indies, Off-spinner R Ashwin and left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha has been selected in the test team. Whereas, Harbhajan Singh and all-rounder Yuvraj Singh both were dropped out for tour of Australia.


Rohit Sharma, Praveen Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Varun Aaron, Ajinkya Rahane, Wriddhiman Saha and Zaheer Khan have been selected in the seventeen-Member test team.

Squad: MS Dhoni (Capt. &wk), Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Praveen Kumar, R Ashwin, Umesh Yadav, Pragyan Ojha, Varun Aaron, Ishant Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha and Zaheer Khan.

10 DEC UPDATE:
Abhimanyu Mithun will replace injured Praveen Kumar
Vinay Kumar replaces injured Varun Aaron
