Banker Zaka Ashraf is the new PCB chief

Asif Zardari, The President of Pakistan has appointed Chaudhry Zaka Ashraf as the new chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in place of former Test cricketer Ijaz Butt



Statement issued on behalf of the President's Office said that the Zaka Ashraf has been appointed Board's new Chairman. He will replace Ijaz Butt, whose three-year tenure has been ended on October 8.

Sri Lanka have announced a 16-man squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches against Australia. The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
