Sachin's Letter to ICC chief executive Haroon Lorgat


Sachin Tendulkar has written a letter to the ICC chief executive Haroon Lorgat for a change in format of ODI Cricekt.

Tendulkar wants that ICC change the 50-50-overs match split into 25-25 overs in four innings.


According to "The Times" sachin wrote in letter "I have been capturing my thoughts on what I think would be the way forward to ensure that all three formats in the game co-exist and ensure value creation."

Tendulkar also proposed that powerplays to be made mandatory, and each 25-over block include only two powerplays. He also suggested that 4 bowlers should be allowed 12 overs each.

The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
