Indian cricket team announced for 1st Two ODI


Harbhajan Singh has been left out from the first two matches of ODI series against England starting from next month. Two new faces in the team, Spinner Rahul Sharma and fast bowler S Aravind is in the list of 15 member squad Indian team.

Gautam Gambhir has return in the team after the head injury caused in England. however once again due to injuries, Zaheer Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Virender sehwag and Yuvraj Singh has not been selected.


The first match of five match series will be held in Hyderabad on October 14 and second match will be played on October 17 in Delhi. In Mohali (October 20), Mumbai (October 23) and Kolkata (October 25). the only Twenty20 match against England has been assigned to Kolkata which will be played on October 29.

Squad: MS Dhoni (capt & wk), Parthiv Patel, Ajinkya Rahane, Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, arun Aaron, Umesh Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin, S Aravind, Rahul Sharma, Manoj Tiwary, Praveen Kumar and V Vinay Kumar.

Waqar Younis has resigned as a coach for pakistan

Waqar Younis has resigned as a coach for pakistan team because of personal reasons that his and his wife's health. His last and final assignment with pakistan team will be the upcoming tour of Zimbabwe. Waqar Younis said at press conference " I have tendered my resignation to the [Pakistan Cricket] board last week and the tour to Zimbabwe will be my last. " " I only told the players on Saturday morning, and they were shocked because until today the matter was between me and the PCB, but I am sure that this young team will do well in future ." Nadeem Sarwar , PCB spokesman said: " The PCB has accepted his resignation and understands his personal reasons. His tenure was good and we wish him the best in his future ." The PCB did not yet confirm the replacement for Waqar. The Zimbabwe tour will begin on August 28 and it includes one practice game, one Test match, three ODIs and two T20 internationals.
