Nominations For ICC Awards 2011


Indian Fast Bowler Zaheer Khan, South africa's Great batsman AB de Villiers, Fantastic Player Of south africa Hashim Amla, Perfect All Rounder of Australia Shane Watson, Popular batsman of England Jonathan Trott and Right arm Off Spinner plus Right handed Batsmen Graeme Swann have been nominated in the three top categories for the ICC's annual awards 2011. These above six players are feature in the list of nominees for the Cricketer of the year, ODI player of the year and Test player of the year.

These players were selected on the basis of their performances between a period of August 11, 2010 to August 2, 2011.
This time awards ceremony will be held in London, United Kingdom on September 12, 2011.

Tim Southee, New Zealand’s prolific paceman and all-time leading wicket-taker across formats, has announced the third Test against England could be his final appearance in red-ball cricket.  If New Zealand qualifies for the World Test Championship (WTC) final next year, he may make himself available for one last hurrah.
