Mike Sandle has been appointed as the new manager of The New Zealand Cricket Team. Sandle , 49, have served for more than 24 years in the NewZealand Police Force.
Mike Sandle replaces Dave Currie, who stepped down after the World Cup 2011 in April. He has also worked full time for Blues Super 15 rugby team as team manager.
John Buchanan, The NZC director of cricket said Sandle had the qualities and it's fantastic for the New Zealand Cricket and I'm sure he will do a Superb job in what can be a challenging logistics role.
