Viv Richards comments on Sachin Tendulkar


Great Legend Batsmen Viv Richards has not seen playing Sir Don Bradman but in the current, he did not see any other batsmen than Sachin Tendulkar in his career.

Viv Richards said "I have seen many batsmen,but there are No One is better than Sachin Tendulkar. He said that if a batsman is better than Sachin then maybe he has not come yet."

Bradman made 29th century in 52 Tests in its 20-year career.Tendulkar in his 22-year career so far he has made 99 international centuries.

Richardss said Tendulkar's most outstanding quality is that he completed his career in pain, failure, fatigue and injury, Yet he is playing consistently well. He is The entire package and the most respected cricketers. He also defended Tendulkar's decision to stay out of the West Indies tour.
He also said that Tendulkar's presence in west indies tour is an inspiration for young people.

IPL Spot-fixing, Sreesanth and 2 other Rajasthan Royals players held

Three Rajasthan Royals players, Sreesanth , Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan were arrested on Thursday for their alleged involvement in spot-fixing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 6. The trio allegedly received upto Rs 60 lakh for conceding runs in a pre-determined over from bookies with possible Mumbai underworld links. The special cell of the Delhi Police arrested Sreesanth and his teammates — Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan — in Mumbai early this morning for indulging in spot-fixing in at least three IPL matches on May 5, 9 and 15. Eleven bookies have also been arrested from Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The police are on the look-out for two more bookies. A Delhi court has sent the three players and all bookies to five-day police custody. The players, who have been suspended by the BCCI, have been brought to Delhi and charged under Section 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy).
