Gayle Will Play in Australia's Twenty20 Big Bash

West Indies batsman Chris Gayle will play in Australia's domestic Twenty20 tournament the Big Bash. Chris Gayle will Play For Sydney Thunder.


Gayle said on a cricket website of New South Wales "I am very excited to go to Sydney and play for Sydney Thunder. I think Sydney Thunder has strong enough possibilities to win this tournament."

Sri Lanka have announced a 16-man squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches against Australia. The one-day series will be held from from January 11-23 across Australia, and the two T20 internationals will be played in Sydney on January 26 and Melbourne on January 28.
