The Indian cricket team to play five ODIs and a one Twenty20 International against Sri Lanka and the indian squad will be announced on July 4. The secretary of BCCI Sanjay Jagdale said, " The all-India senior selection committee will meet at the cricket centre in Mumbai on July 4 to pick the Indian teams for the ODI and T20 International series in Sri Lanka in July-August. Former New Zealand Cricket chief, Alan Isaac elected as the president of the International Cricket Council for a two-year term at the ICC Annual Conference. The 60-year-old Isaac, is the eighth president of the ICC.

Jeevan Mendis , Uncapped all-rounder has been included in a 15-member Test squad against Pakistan starting from Friday. Mendis, 29, has played three Twenty20 games and 20 One-Day Internationals. Surrey's Tom Maynard , England's most promising batsmen, died at the age of 23 after being hit by a London Underground train in the early hours of Monday morning. A BTP spokesman said: " BTP officers were called to the line near Wimbledon Park London Underground station on Monday, 18 June after a man was struck by a District line train. " He began his career with Glamorgan at the start of last season.
