Praveen & Umpire (Marais Erasmus) Arguments

Nottingham, Saturday, 30 July 2011 India's medium-pacer Praveen Kumar , was fined 20 per cent of his match fee for abusing the umpire in the first day of the second Test against England . This happened in England's first innings during 18th over. Praveen appeal lbw strongly against England's star batsman Kevin Pietersen but the appeal was rejected by the South African umpire Marais Erasmus . Praveen angry to blows with the umpire. ICC has been fined 20 percent of his match fee.

Pakistan cricket team for Zimbabwe Tour

Pakistani selectors announced Pakistan Playing Squad for Zimbabwe tour and included three Fresh players in the squad on Thursday. The selectors decided to take rest for leading pace bowlers Wahab Riaz, Umar Gul, Tanvir Ahmed & Spinner Abdul Rehman for the Zimbabwe tour includes just one Test, three ODI's and a T20 match. Selectors have recalled Fast bowlers Sohail Tanvir and Sohail Khan and retained Junaid Khan and Aizaz Cheema. Cheema was dropped after being declared unfit in previous tour of the West Indies. Chief selector Mohsin Khan said " We have decided to give the players who have done well in domestic cricket a chance to play in the national to see how they adjust to the top level. " Khan made clear that senior players had been rested for the coming tour against Sri Lanka and England later in the year. Tatenda Taibu Back to Zimbabwe XI

Batsman Wicketkeeper Tatenda Taibu to play his first appearance after being in the Zimbabwe XI squad for the three day warm up match starting on Saturday against Bangladesh. Taibu was suffered a thumb injury during pre-season training in world cup 2011. He is one of the most experienced players in the Zimbabwean Cricket team and his return would be a major boost for his team. Akhtar will Play T20 cricket in Singapore

Shoaib Akhtar Former Pakistan fast bowler, will be seen in action later this week during an invitational T20 event in Singapore.The T20 event is being organized at the Singapore cricket club . Imran Farhat , Pakistan opener and some other Pakistani players to take part in the T20 event that will also feature leading players from various countries. Shoaib Akhtar who announced his retirement after the World Cup 2011 reported tiff with the Pakistan team management over disciplinary issues. Shoaib Akhtar had said in June that he wanted to focus more on his business rather than cricket that is why he had also pulled out of the SPL (Sri Lanka Premier League)2011.

Andrew Strauss , England cricket Team captain believes his side will become the world number one in Test cricket. After beating India by 196 runs at Lords in 1st Test, Now England has 1-0 lead in the 4 Test match series. Matthew Hayden signs for Brisbane Heat

Former Australian Test opener Matthew Hayden signs with Brisbane Heat in Big Bash Twenty20 League In 2009 Hayden was retired from international cricket with 103-Test in his career, he played last in the 2010 for Chennai SuperKings in Indian Premier League. Darren Lehmann coach of Brisbane Heat said " the 39-year-old was ready to return and make a splash in this summer's revamped domestic Twenty20 competition. " Lehmann said that Hayden was happy to do to take part in the Big Bash Twenty20 League .
