Daniel Vettori of New Zealand will lead Bangalore Royal Challengers starting April 8 in the Indian Premier League.

Vettori of New Zealand World Cup captain who will replace former India captain Anil Kumble, who in the past two seasons of the Twenty20 league team was headed. Kumble also 'Chief Mentor' as a team will be involved.

RCB chairman Vijay Mallya said in a statement that we are excited for the upcoming season. Vettori is highly experienced and respected captain led them in and we hope that this time we reach the top in IPL.
